Microsoft Outlook Introduction

 

Course Aims

This course is designed to introduce new users to Outlook. Users will learn to send/receive Emails. This entirely ‘hands on’ course includes specially prepared exercises that give participants practical experience of using Outlook’s tools.

 

Pre-requisites

A basic understanding of using PCs, keyboard and mouse knowledge, plus a general knowledge of MS Windows is useful, gained either by previous experience or by attendance on an “MS Windows User Information” course.
