Shop Purchase Conditions

1. The PAGE Training Web Shop
1.1 Welcome to the PAGE Web Shop, the Internet
shopping channel for the products of PAGE
Training Limited. The PAGE Web Shop offers a
full range of Business Services and Products.
2. ACCEPTANCE OF CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE
2.1 Products from the Shop are governed by these
terms and conditions ("Shop Conditions") which
you should read carefully before using the
Service. By using the Service you indicate your
agreement to be bound by the Shop Conditions.
The Shop Conditions represent a binding contract
between PAGE Training Limited and you, if you do
not agree with them, do not use the Service.
2.2 Any software Products purchased from the
Shop will be subject to the manufacturers
standard software licence, details of which
accompany the software itself.
3. SECURITY
3.1 To purchase items from the PAGE Training Web
Shop, we may require you to provide details of
your credit card. PAGE Training Limited cannot
be liable for any loss or damage arising from
the use of your credit card when purchasing
items from the PAGE Shop.
3.2 The security of information and payments
transmitted via the Internet cannot be
guaranteed. Any losses incurred or sustained by
users who transmit information (including
without limitation credit card details) or
payment to PAGE Training Limited by means of
e-mail or other Internet link shall be borne
solely and exclusively by such user and in no
event shall any such losses in whole or in part
be borne by PAGE Training Limited.
4. YOUR REPRESENTATION AND WARRANTY
4.1 You represent and warrant, for the benefit
of PAGE Training Limited, that (a) you are at
least 18 years of age; (b) you possess the legal
right and ability to enter into this agreement
and use your credit card on your own behalf or
on behalf of the person for whom you are
purchasing the goods and, (c) all information
that you submit to us is true, accurate and up
to date.
5. ORDER AVAILABILITY, SHIPPING, CANCELLATION
AND RETURNS
5.1 Items ordered from the PAGE Training Web
Shop are subject to availability. Deliveries
will be made within 7 days of receiving your
order however, time will not be of the essence
and PAGE reserve the right to deliver items
which are unavailable at a later date, provided
you have not exercised your right to cancel your
order as set out in these terms and conditions.
PAGE reserves the right to limit the quantity of
any items that may be obtained by you through
the PAGE Web Shop. PAGE is unable to deliver
products to any address outside the United
Kingdom and Northern Ireland.
5.2 In the event that your goods need to be
returned, please contact 01270 611123 within 14
days of receipt of order to obtain a returns
number. Please note goods should NOT be returned
without a valid returns number.
All packages to be returned to PAGE should be
clearly marked with the following information:

5.3 After your order has been submitted, you can
cancel your order up until the item has been
despatched or received by a third party
supplier. This may only be a matter of hours
from receipt of order.
5.4 You can cancel your order by telephoning
01270 611123 or by faxing 01270 627789, quoting
the reference number for the order given in your
confirmation email. As email systems may be
subject to delay and goods may be despatched in
the intervening period we regret that we cannot
accept cancellations by email. |
6. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
6.1 PAGE wants all its customers to be
completely satisfied with products and services
which it buys or receives. If you are unhappy
with any products purchased from the PAGE Web
Shop, please call our Customer Service
representative.
7. PAYMENT AND PRICING
7.1 Payment will be by valid credit cards
acceptable to PAGE.
7.2 When paying by card, by submitting your
order for processing, you authorize us to charge
your order, including VAT and delivery charge
and amounts described on the site before order
submission, to your card. Any refunds in
relation to returns or cancellation will be, and
can only be, credited to the same card.
7.3 If your card cannot be verified, is invalid
or is not otherwise acceptable, your order may
be suspended or cancelled automatically.
7.4 Payment of all invoices must be made within
7 days of receipt by you.
7.5 All prices and availability of products are
subject to change without notice, and are
exclusive of VAT and delivery charges unless
otherwise stated.
7.6 Prices quoted for products may change at any
time and the website will be regularly updated
to reflect any such changes.
7.7 If for any reason beyond our reasonable
control we cannot supply a particular item, we
will let you know.
7.8 You agree that because of the nature of the
Internet, the on-line shopping service is
provided on "as is" and "as available" basis and
PAGE reserve the right to refuse to supply any
individual or corporation.
8. CHANGES TO SHOP CONDITIONS
8.1 The PAGE Web Shop is like a store, every
time a customer enters the shop the customer is
bound by the rules in effect on the date of the
customer’s visit. Similarly, at the PAGE Web
Shop you are bound by the version of these
conditions as in effect on the date of your
visit or order.
8.2 The Shop Conditions may change from time to
time, so please review them each time you make a
purchase.
9. TITLE AND RISK
9.1 Title to the products passes from PAGE to
the customer on despatch from the warehouse.
9.2 Loss or damage occurred during delivery or
shipment is not the responsibility of PAGE
Training Limited.
10. EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS
10.1 In relation to purchases of software, these
will be subject to the exclusions and
limitations included in the licence for the
relevant software product.
10.2 In relation to all other products, PAGE
Training Limited will not be liable for loss of
profits, loss of business or other
consequential, special or indirect loss arising
out of the use of such product.
10.3 PAGE Training Limited does not wish to
limit or exclude liability for death or personal
injury carried by its own negligence.
10.4 All implied warranties and undertakings are
hereby excluded to the maximum extent permitted
by law.
11 LAW
11.1 These terms and conditions should be
governed by and construed in accordance with the
laws of England and any disputes will be decided
only by the courts of England |
